The application for this equipment is curing polyurethane parts contained in steel molds at approximately 260°F for 45-50 minutes. Parts are placed on 24.5″ x 12.5″ steel trays as they go through each oven. Each tray can hold up to (8) molds and yield a total weight of 200 lbs. per tray.

This is an integrated continuous process conveyor oven with a top mounted electric heater box and vertical airflow. The oven employs two dual strand chain conveyors with independent variable speed controls. One conveyor utilizes standard roller chain and will index the fully loaded trays through the oven on approximately 2-minute cycles. The other conveyor employs a free flow chain design and will move the empty molds and metal insets back through the oven for preheat. The free flow chain allows the conveyor to continuously run, providing accumulation in the oven, and allowing for maximum efficiency.   Pneumatic pop up stops allow single tray discharge at the fill station end.
