Rollers: 1.375” dia., 18 ga. wall galvanized tubes with 1/4” round cold rolled steel axles, spring retained. Standard A02 bearings are light oil lubricated. 50 lbs. roller capacity.
Frames: Standard F98 set high 2-1/2” x 1” x 12” galvanized formed steel channels with bolted 1” x 1-1/8” angle crossties.
Couplings: 3/8 diameter rod on one end, mating hooks on opposite end.
Widths: Standard widths are listed in table. Available from 6” to 22” between frames.
Lengths: Standard 5’ and 10’ sections. Also available in 1” increments from 24” to 120”.
Frame Capacity: 350 lbs. evenly distributed live load per section with supports on 10’ centers; 900 lbs. maximum evenly distributed live load with supports on 5’ centers.
Roller Covers: Standard V98: No roller cover.
Finish: Standard PP97: Galvanized
