Chain Transfers Conveyors provide a method for right angle, directional changes from within Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors. They consist of a pneumatic lift device that projects a series of chain strands up through the gap between the chain rollers, to drive the heavy load offline. These conveyors are commonly used to move heavier, larger loads such as: pallets, containers or other unit loads onto adjoining conveyors, work stations and load/ unload zones.
Application: • Unitized • Pallet loads when bottom boards are perpendicular to the rollers • Pallet loads when bottom bords are parallel to the rollers • Side Loading/Unloading • Accumulation of loads • Loads that much be aligned |
Where it Works: • Warehousing & Distribution • Manufacturing • Order Fulfillment • Appliance • Cabinetry Furniture • Automotive • Food & Beverage |
The 1500 lb. capacity Model T01C25 is a CDLR25 conveyor with integral pneumatic actuated pop-up chain transfer. Transfer chains are kept within the effective width of the CDLR. This rugged design is ideal for transferring pallets and containers with bottoms capable of conveying at right angles over the small gap that exists because of the conveyor side frame rail.View Model Page
The 1500 lb. capacity Model T02C25 is a CDLR25 conveyor with integral pneumatic actuated pop-up chain transfer. The external transfer design is useful for transferring pallets and containers where pallet bottom conditions require minimal gaps in order to convey.View Model Page
The Model T03C25 is a chain roller conveyor with integral pneumatic actuated pop-up chain transfer similar to T01C25 except for handling up to 4,000 pound loads. Transfer chains are kept within the effective width of the CDLR. This rugged design is ideal for transferring pallets and containers with bottoms capable of conveying at right angles over the small gap that exists because of the conveyor side frame rail.View Model Page
The Model T04C25 is a chain roller conveyor with integral chain transfer similar to T02C25 except for handling up to 4,000 pound loads. The external transfer design is useful for transferring full pallets and containers where pallet bottom conditions require minimal gaps in order to convey.View Model Page
