Walk-in
HEAT-PRO™ Walk-In Ovens are the most versatile of all standard configurations. HEAT-PRO Walk-In Ovens are available with either dual or horizontal airflow and are best suited for processing large parts or materials placed on carts or racks. Standard units are available with workspace from 80-1000 cubic feet and are shipped factory tested and fully assembled.

Cabinet
HEAT-PRO™ Cabinet Ovens feature horizontal airflow for processing small or flat parts placed on shelves or trays. These standard models are available with workspace area ranging from 8-64 cubic feet with either top or bottom mounted heat chambers.

Bench
HEAT-PRO™ Bench Ovens are engineered and manufactured to deliver years of dependable, trouble-free service. Available in electric heat only, these models provide an economical solution to processing a wide array of small parts.

Conveyor
HEAT-PRO™ Conveyor Ovens set the industry standard for heavy-duty construction in a cost effective, continuous process oven. A variety of Pre-Engineered Conveyors, including wire mesh belt, slat, chain, and pan conveyors, allow LEWCO to provide a Conveyor Oven to suit most continuous process heating application. Typical applications include; drying, preheating, paint baking, curing, tempering, heat- treating and a variety of other processes.

Field Assembled (large capacity)
HEAT-PRO™ Field assembled ovens take advantage of “knocked-down” construction and provides a cost effective installation of an oven that is too large to ship as a complete assembly. These standard design and construction techniques minimize field installation time. Each oven is shipped with a fully assembled heater/burner box, all controls, and a complete set of installation instructions and drawings. Available in almost any size configuration, these models feature a service rating up to 500°F.

55-gallon Drum & IBC Heating Eqpt
In addition to the general-purpose industrial ovens, the HEAT-PRO™ product line is the recognized market leader in 55-gallon drum and intermediate bulk container (IBC) heating equipment. The standard models accommodate from (1) to (32) drums or up to (4) 350 gallon IBC tanks.

With the introduction of the 55-Gallon Drum Heating Tunnels and the High Humidity Oven LEWCO continues to lead the industry in drum and IBC heating technology. We also offer drum rotators for use on standard models
