Steel Hinged Belt Conveyor Z Shape
Steel Hinge Belt Conveyors are available in a variety of configurations (Z, L, P, H) and with a variety of incline angles. Designed for heavy duty use, they are typically configured with a press for part or scrap removal.

Standard Specification

Frame: 9" x 2-1/2" x 12 ga. formed steel channel with welded 3" channel crossties.
Drive Sprocket: 6 tooth sprocket with 1-7/16" shaft mounted in 2 bolt flange bearing with integral take-up.
Tail Sprocket: 6 tooth sprocket with 1-7/16" shaft mounted in 2 bolt flange bearing.
Supports: C4 x 5.4# channel welded supports located on nominal 10' centers.
