The POP UP ROLLER TRANSFER, internal design, conveyor is designed to make right angle transfers in conjunction with standard LEWCO chain driven roller conveyors and gravity roller conveyors without the cost of drives, motors and controls.

Number of Strands: 2, 3 or 4
Transfer Centers: Standard centers are 12”, 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 54”, and 60”
Roller Centers: 3.00”, 4.50”, 6.00”, 9.00”, and 12.00”
Rollers: 1.9” dia., 12 ga wall tubes with 7/16” Hex cold rolled steel axles, spring retained. Standard A20 bearings are light oil lubricated.
Transfer Rollers: 1.9” dia, 12 ga wall tubes with 7/16” Hex cold rolled steel axles. Standard A20 bearings are light oil lubricated.
Lengths: 5’ to 10’ in 1” increments
Between Frame: 25” to 51” in 1” increments
Gravity Frame: Standard set high 3-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel channels with bolted 2” x 3/16” galvanized angle Crossties.
Riser: 8” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel
Lift: Standard 1-1/2” of Vertical lift.
Guide: Standard machined wedge block lift with 1” dia. cam followers in four corners.
Air Cylinder: Standard 4” dia. bore, 1” dia. rod x 6” stroke cylinder
Capacity: 2500 lbs maximum. Requires 80psi.
Valve: Standard hand valve, 2 position, 4-way, detent, 1/4” NPT ports, with 20’ hose mounted on a stand.
Roller Covers: Standard V98: No Roll Cover
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
