The HGS HINGED CONVEYOR provides an opening for
convenient access to either side of a conveyor line. Low
maintenance design, can be easily adjusted to lift with a
minimal amount of effort.

Gate Sizes: 36”, 42” and 48” (Distance between
adjoining conveyors).
Rollers: 2.5” dia., 11 ga. wall tubes with 11/16” hex cold rolled steel axle, spring retained. Standard A50 bearings are light oil lubricated. 750 lbs. roller capacity.
Frames: F96 set high 4-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 3/16” formed steel channels with bolted 2” x 7/16 galvanized angle crossties.
Widths: Standard widths are 13” to 33” between frames in 1” increments. Also available from 6” to 61” between frames. Roll Centers: Standard selection is 3” or 6” center to center. Also available 4.5”, 9”, or 12”.
Couplings: Can be connected to same model conveyor with matching between frame dimension. EX: Model HGS2511 with 13” between frames will connect to Model 2511 gravity conveyor with 13” between frames.
Lift Mechanism: HD compression springs.
Roller Covers: Standard V98; No roll cover.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Coat.
