MANUAL CONVEYOR GATE. The Model HG Hinged Conveyor provides an opening for convenient access to either side of a conveyor line.

Gate Sizes: 36”, 42” and 48” (Distance between adjoining conveyors).
Rollers: 1.9” dia., 12 ga. wall tubes with 7/16” hex cold rolled steel axles, spring retained. Standard A20 bearings are light oil lubricated. 260 lbs. roller capacity.
Frames: Standard F97 set high 3-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” formed steel channels with bolted 2” x 7 galvanized angle crossties.
Widths: Standard widths are 13” to 39” between frames in 1” increments. Also available from 6” to 51” between frames.
Roll Centers: Standard selection is 3” or 6” center to center. Also available 2”, 4.5”, 9”, or 12”.
Couplings: Can be connected to same model conveyor with
matching between frame dimension. EX: Model HG1916 with 13” between frames will connect to Model 1916 gravity conveyor with 13” between frames.
Lift Mechanism: Manual
Roller Covers: Standard V98: No roller cover.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue, Epoxy Powder Blue.
