GCA ADJUSTABLE GUARD
RAIL can be field mounted
to most Lewco conveyors. Rails are easily
adjusted to fit a large variety of conveyed
products.
Mounting Angles: 2” x 2” x 1/8”
formed steel angle.
Note: Existing frames may require field
drilling to install.
Frame Depth: Measured from top of
conveying surface to bottom of frame.
Width: Available from 12” to 72”
overall width.
Angles: Standard Angle is 90
degree. Also available in angles of 30 and
45 degrees.
Length: Standard length 120” also
available in 60”.
Inside Radius: Standard radius is
32.5” also available in 36” or 48”.
Mounting Rod: 5/8” dia. formed steel.
Guard Channel: 1-1/2” x 1-1/4” x 14
gauge galvanized formed steel channel.
Finish: Standard PP94: Safety Blue,
Epoxy Powder Coat on all items made from
non-galvanized material.
