2.
Place clips on lacing and insert gauge.

3. With bar side up,
center on lacing belt against gauge pin.
|
4. Using a soft wood
surface for support, hammer the end teeth
halfway into top of belt.

|
|
|
5. Turn belt over and
hammer lacing halfway into bottom
of belt.
|
6. Hammer lacing
completely into top of belt. |
7. Turn belt over and
repeat previous step. |

8. Using a hard steel
plate, hammer from top until teeth are flush with
belt surface.
|
9. Repeat previous step
for bottom of belt. |
10. Repeat procedure for
other end of belt. |
