MODEL BPDS: Designed to replace rollers in existing
1.9” diameter roller conveyors. Consists of the same plates as in Model BPC or BPCS, without the rails. Available in B.F. dimensions from 9” to 51” in 1” increments and in lengths of 2”, 6” & 12”.

Plates: Formed 1/8” steel plates. Model BPA & BPB have angle stiffeners located on 12” centers and on both ends. Models BPC & BPD are made in nominal 12” length increments with 1-1/4” channel flange.
Ball Transfer: 50 lbs. capacity, 1” dia. ball transfer with 1/4” - 20 unc stud mount. Hardened ball cup, zinc plated protective cover provides low torque and extended life.
